DemoBites offers a generous free tier so you can evaluate the platform before committing to a paid plan. If you do upgrade and are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward refund policy with no questions asked.
14-Day Refund Window
If you purchase a paid subscription and are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar daysof your purchase date. No conditions, no qualifiers — if you're within the 14-day window, you are entitled to a refund.
Statutory Rights
Depending on your location, you may have additional statutory cancellation and refund rights that apply regardless of this policy. These include, but are not limited to:
- EU, EEA, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Israel, and Turkey: 14-day withdrawal right
- South Korea, Brazil, Canada, and China: 7-day cancellation right
- Singapore: 5-day cancellation right
Where your statutory rights provide a longer or more favorable refund period than our policy, the statutory rights prevail.
Cancellation
You may cancel your paid subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:
- Your paid plan remains active until the end of the current billing period
- You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
- Your Workspace reverts to the free tier at the end of the billing period (see our Terms & Conditions for details on content limits)
Free Tier
We offer a free tier that includes a limited number of Bites and access to all core features — including Bite Studio, Hubs, and Pulse. We encourage you to use the free tier to evaluate whether the Service meets your needs before upgrading to a paid plan.
How to Request a Refund
Refund requests are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record:
- Use the “View receipt” or “Manage subscription” link in your purchase confirmation email
- Visit paddle.net and select “Request refund”
- Or contact us directly at team@demobites.com
Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days for card payments and within 48 hours for PayPal, using the original payment method.
Payment Processing
All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited (“Paddle”), our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, invoicing, sales tax, and refund processing. For billing inquiries or disputes, you may contact Paddle directly at paddle.net or reach out to us at team@demobites.com.
