Free gives you Agentic Recording and the Studio with unlimited Bite projects, 8 published Live Bites, both an Update Center and an Explore Center, unlimited teammates, one workspace, your logo and favicon on every Bite, embeds anywhere, and a Spotlight preview. Bites you export never carry a watermark. You outgrow Free at the ninth Live Bite, or the moment you want your own domain, Pulse, Broadcast, analytics, a watermark free Spotlight export, or the Powered by DemoBites attribution off your public pages. All of that is Premium.
Premium is a dollar a Live Bite. You pick a number from 75 to 500, in steps of 25, right on the card, so 125 Live Bites is $125/mo and 400 is $400/mo. Every Release Platform capability is included from the first dollar. The only other line items are the two add ons, Localization and Release Readiness, at a flat $125/mo each no matter how many Live Bites you keep. 400 Live Bites with both add ons is $650/mo. Past 500 you move to a Custom contract.
Localization publishes your Update Center, your Explore Center, every Bite page and every release email in eight languages beyond English: Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Japanese, Italian, Dutch, and Korean, and you pick from that set. Right to left languages are not offered. Release Readiness turns a release into a private, tracked rollout for the teams that must explain it: a private workspace, magic link sign in, the readiness cockpit, nudges and a CSV export. Both are month to month and you can switch them on or off at any time.
Custom is for enterprises and companies running multiple products, and it is where Personalization, per account Centers, SAML single sign on, bulk role based access control, more than 500 Live Bites, annual contracts, and dedicated support live. Teammates are unlimited and free on every plan, including Free, so you never buy a seat for someone who builds Bites and never pay per view or per visitor. Your price is driven by how many Live Bites you keep and which add ons you switch on, never by the size of your team or your audience.
They are two different things. A watermark is burned into a rendered video file, so it travels with the file wherever it plays. Your Bites never carry one on any plan, including Free. The one exception is the Spotlight preview on Free, which does render with a DemoBites watermark, and Premium unlocks the watermark free Spotlight export. The Powered by DemoBites attribution is separate: a small label on the public pages we host for you, never on the video itself. It shows on Free only, and Premium and Custom remove it.
Hosting is included on every plan, with no separate hosting or bandwidth line item. Every Bite gets a hosted link and an embed code, your Update Center and Explore Center are hosted for you and indexable by search engines, and you can always download the clean file and distribute it through your own channels instead.
No. Your Update Center and Explore Center are public branded pages, embeds play anywhere you drop them, and Pulse plays in app with no extra login. Captions are on every plan, as are our voices and text to speech, and you can bring your own ElevenLabs key at no charge on any plan.
DemoBites bills monthly through Paddle as the Merchant of Record, so Paddle handles your invoice, any applicable VAT or sales tax, and your receipt. You can move between Free and Premium, change your Live Bites, or switch an add on on or off at any time, and the change prorates with credit for the time you have not used. Free needs no credit card to start. Annual billing is part of Custom.
