A monthly active user is a person who interacts with your Product Hub or your In app Pulse, counted once per calendar month.
Free lets you try everything that makes a demo: 10 demo minutes a month, unlimited exports with no watermark, up to 10 live demos, with a Powered by DemoBites mark. Growth is the whole platform with no mark, and the one thing you choose is how many demo minutes you want each month.
A person who interacts with your Product Hub or your In app Pulse during the calendar month. In the Pulse that means opening it or starting a demo. In the Product Hub it means spending at least five seconds on a page, scrolling, clicking, searching, filtering, opening a chapter or subscribing. A page that only loads in a background tab, autoplay and bots do not count. Embedding a demo on your website does not count a monthly active user; only people who actually interact with your Product Hub or Pulse do. Each person counts once a month, whichever of the two they used. Pass your user ids and the count is exact; otherwise people are recognised by a first party id.
Monthly is a dollar a demo minute: 25 minutes is $25 a month, 250 minutes is $250. Billed annually you save 20 percent: 25 minutes is $20 a month, paid once a year as $240, and your minutes pool for the whole year.
Localization publishes every demo in nine languages: English plus Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Japanese, Italian, Dutch and Korean. It is $40 a month billed annually, or $50 billed monthly, whatever number of minutes you choose.
Your Product Hub and your In app Pulse carry a Powered by DemoBites mark. Demo exports, Highlight exports and the Highlight preview are clean, with no mark of any kind. On Growth the mark is gone.
Rules in the In app Pulse that pin, limit or hide demos by the viewer's role, job or plan, from tags your app sends with the embed. You set them in the Pulse editor, in the Rules and segmentation tab. Part of Growth.
Free has 10 demo minutes a month and up to 10 live demos. The next minute or the next live demo offers Growth, and so does opening Broadcast, Feedback, Signals, Analytics or Segmentation. Exports are never counted.
Sign up lands on Free. When you reach a limit, the app offers Growth. You pick your demo minutes, and you can change the number later.
Free needs no card. Growth is paid by card, monthly or annually, through Paddle, our payment partner, who also sends your invoices. Refunds follow our refund policy.
Cancel at any time, in the app. Growth stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then the workspace returns to Free. Free holds up to 10 live demos, so take the rest offline first.

Add a workspace: it is another Growth plan on the same subscription, billed on your existing invoice and prorated. Any workspace can be gated, so the next one you create can be for the inside only. A demo minute is a minute of finished demo. Growth starts at 25 minutes a month and goes up in steps of 25 to 250; you can change the number at any time. Free has 10 minutes a month. Exports are unlimited on both.
