Real-time & viewer lookup
Beyond the aggregate dashboard, the Scale tier adds two live tools: a real-time activity feed and a per-viewer lookup. They’re most powerful when your workspace uses SSO, because activity can then be tied to a named viewer.
Real-time feed
The Real-Time Feedtab is a live stream of viewing activity, which Bite is being watched, how far the viewer has gotten, and when. It’s the “who’s on the site right now” view: handy during a launch, a webinar follow-up, or a sales push when you want to see engagement land in real time.
| When | Viewer | Bite | Watched |
|---|---|---|---|
| just now | dana@acme.com | Custom Reports | 100% |
| 1m ago | Anonymous | Bulk import | 62% |
| 3m ago | lee@globex.io | Slack integration | 48% |
Illustrative. Named viewers appear when the session is SSO-authenticated; otherwise sessions show as anonymous.
Viewer lookup
The Viewer Lookuptab lets you search a signed-in viewer by email and pull up their full watch history, which Bites they’ve seen and how far they got. It turns analytics from aggregate trends into account-level signal:
- Customer Success, see what a specific account has actually watched before a renewal call.
- Sales, confirm a prospect engaged with the demos you sent, and which ones landed.
- Onboarding, check whether a new user completed the getting-started Bites.
Requires viewer identity:lookup only surfaces viewers whose sessions were authenticated through your workspace’s SSO. Anonymous sessions still count toward the aggregate dashboard, but they aren’t attributable to an individual.
Availability
The real-time feed and viewer lookup are part of the Scale tier. On other plans the tabs are visible but show a preview with an upgrade prompt, so you can see what they offer before turning them on. The aggregate dashboard is included on every paid plan.
