DemoBitesBilling & plans
DemoBites uses simple, per-workspace billing. Pay for the number of published Bites you need — everything else is included.
Billing model
Billing is per workspace, not per user. Each workspace has its own subscription, and you can have workspaces on different tiers. The subscription is based on the number of published Bites — $1 per Bite per month.
Simple math
50 published Bites = $50/month. 100 published Bites = $100/month. Unpublished drafts don’t count. Tiers range from 25 to 300 Bites.
Free tier
Every workspace starts on the Free tier — no credit card required. It includes enough to get started and evaluate the platform:
3 published Bites
Plus 1 additional Bite unlocked per week.
1 Pulse feed
With up to 3 Bites.
Unlimited Hubs
Create as many collection hubs as you need.
All templates
Full access to all Hub and Pulse templates.
All Studio features
AI narration, zoom, captions, and more.
Subscription plans
When you need more than the Free tier offers, subscribe to a paid plan. Plans are based on the number of published Bites:

Localization
$25/language/monthTranslate Bites into additional languages with AI-powered narration and captions. Each language slot lets you translate all Bites in the workspace into that language.
Private workspace (SSO)
$25/workspace/monthRestrict content access to authenticated users from specific email domains. Includes SSO sign-in flow, domain allowlisting, branded sign-in page, and session management.
Managing your subscription
Manage your subscription from the workspace settings:
Upgrade
Move to a higher tier to unlock more published Bites. The change takes effect immediately, with prorated billing for the current period.
Downgrade
Move to a lower tier at the end of the current billing period. You'll need to unpublish Bites to fit within the new tier's limit.
Cancel
Cancel your subscription. Access continues through the end of the billing period, then the workspace reverts to the Free tier.
FAQ
Do unpublished Bites count toward my limit?
No. Only published Bites count. You can have unlimited drafts and unpublished Bites.
Can different workspaces be on different plans?
Yes. Each workspace has its own independent subscription. You can have one on Free and another on a paid plan.
Is billing per user or per workspace?
Per workspace. You can invite unlimited team members at no extra cost. You only pay for published Bites.
What happens if I exceed my Bite limit?
You'll need to upgrade to a higher tier or unpublish some Bites. You can't publish new Bites beyond your plan's limit.
Are Hubs and Pulse included in all plans?
Yes. Unlimited Hubs and Pulse feeds are included in every plan, including Free.
Can I try paid features before subscribing?
The Free tier includes all features — AI narration, zoom, captions, Hubs, and Pulse. The only limit is the number of published Bites.
