Intelligence

The Intelligence tab surfaces content strategy insights from your Expert data. See what content is missing, what performs best, and what people are actually asking.

Overview

While Activity shows operational metrics (is Expert working?), Intelligence shows strategic insights (what should you create next?). It analyzes query patterns to help you build a more complete video knowledge base.

Content gaps

Zero-result queries

Content gaps are queries that returned no results. These are topics your users are asking about but you haven’t covered yet. Each gap is a video you should consider creating.

Gaps are ranked by frequency, the most-asked unanswered questions appear first. This lets you prioritize which videos to create for maximum impact.

Top performing videos

Your star content

Videos that appear most frequently in Expert results. These are the bites that do the heavy lifting, the ones your AI agents reference most often.

Keep these videos up to date. If your top-performing bite is outdated, every AI agent connected to Expert will return stale information. Consider creating updated versions when your product changes.

Top queries

What people are actually asking

The most common queries sent to Expert across all integrations. This shows you what your users care about most, regardless of whether Expert found a match.

Compare top queries against content gaps. If a query appears frequently in both lists, that is your highest-priority video to create.

The real value

Intelligence turns Expert from a search engine into a content planning tool. Instead of guessing which videos to create next, you have data-driven answers:

  • Content gaps tell you what to create next.
  • Top performing videos tell you what to keep current.
  • Top queries tell you what your users care about most.

The feedback loop: Create videos for content gaps, publish them as bites, and Expert automatically indexes them. The gap disappears from Intelligence, and your AI agents start answering those questions. Repeat to continuously improve coverage.
